The U.S. dollar went flat against the Vietnamese dong Saturday morning following a global decline amid increasing trade tension between the U.S. and China.  

Vietnamese consumers flocked to gold shops nationwide on Friday, the first day the state ended its monopoly on bullion production, but many went home empty-handed amid widespread shortages.

Nasdanq representative stated that its exchange activities would support the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center in HCM City.

Amid a concerted push towards its green transformation, Vietnam is still facing a shortage of workers in possession of green skills.
